Membership and Subscription
1.1. Membership Continuity

Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below).

Services, you must provide a Payment Method. You authorize us to charge any associated Payment Method on your account if your primary Payment Method is declined. You are responsible for any uncollected amounts. If payment fails, we may suspend your service until the issue is resolved.

5.1. Payment Information

Termination
6.1. Termination of Services
Upon termination, the Customer’s access to the Company’s Services and Software will be revoked. All related databases or materials in the Customer's possession must be returned or destroyed. Any customer data stored in our database will be deleted within two (2) days after cancellation. It is the Customer’s responsibility to back up their data, as they will no longer have access to it after cancellation.
Account Security
7.1. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. To protect your account, do not share your password or Payment Method details with others.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall take place in Dubai, UAE, and the language of the proceedings shall be English. Both parties waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
