Features
Four groups of features. You pick what goes in yours during the setup appointment, and you can change the selection later within the limits of your plan.
Every theloyaltyapp.eu app is assembled from four configurable groups. The top section carries your identity and the barcode scanner. The middle sections are the industry modules, and they are what makes a café app different from a real-estate app. The bottom buttons are the roughly thirty navigation options along the base of the screen. The back end is the web office where you run inventory, tiers, gifts, coupons and campaigns. Your plan sets how many middle sections and bottom buttons you can switch on.
Group one
The part of the screen that has to look like you within half a second of opening. Colours, logo, slogan, the name you give your points, and the scanner that turns a till receipt into a balance.
Match the app palette to your brand so the whole thing looks like you, not like us.
Your logo sits in the top menu on every screen.
Your line, under your mark, on the home screen.
Call your points whatever your customers already call them.
Scan receipts, products and coupons to collect points at the till.
Give each membership level its own colour so status is visible at a glance.
A normal shopping cart for apps that sell as well as reward.
Customers bookmark the products they come back for.
Group two
The modules that make the app specific to your trade: buying, redeeming, menus, listings, events, competitions, reservations, appointments, sampling schedules, recipes, shifts and lunch. There are twelve industry presets; the full catalogue is on the industries page.

One system for schedules, attendance and leave requests, so staff coordination stops living in a group chat.
Assign work to employees, track progress, and hold a standard for how the job gets done.
Take payment when the booking is made. Fewer no-shows, less chasing.
The first three seconds of the app are yours: typeface, splash image, sound.
Collect feedback on all three, and find out which products and which people are carrying you.
Customers order in the app and pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay. Stripe processes the payment. The funds land in your own bank account. theloyaltyapp.eu never stores or holds card data, which is also what keeps your compliance surface small.

Next step
In the demo we build a working app for your actual trade, with your sections and your rewards, so you are judging your app rather than a screenshot of somebody else's.
