TheLoyaltyAPP was founded in Cyprus in 2020, after two years of running rewards the hard way. It is deployed today in Greece, Cyprus and the UAE, and master agreements for further countries are under discussion.

Who is behind theloyaltyapp.eu?

The company's legal name is SafeIMS LLC, trading as theloyaltyapp.eu. It was founded in Cyprus in 2020 and now runs from three offices: Dubai for the Gulf market, Thessaloniki for engineering, and Nicosia for accounts and contracts. The platform went to market in the UAE, Greece and Cyprus in the second quarter of 2024, after roughly five years of development.

Our vision

The vision is a mobile app loyalty builder that breaks down the barriers: a platform where a business of any size can run a real loyalty programme at minimal cost, and build a deeper connection with its customers without commissioning a development project to do it.

Develop our vision

The loyalty experience starts by offering liquidation products to a local petrol company.

Initiation

A software development firm in India is hired for the primary project, estimated at roughly 5,000 hours of programming.

The company is founded

TheLoyaltyAPP is founded in Cyprus, to invest in a solution that lets any organisation offer rewards.

2022

Debugging

With the master scope complete, fine-tuning moves to the Greek team, where development still happens today.

Fine tuning

Programming and operations work through every feature together.

Go to market

In Q2 2024 theloyaltyapp.eu launches in the UAE, Greece and Cyprus.
